By accessing or using AI Apps 360 ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Your continued use of the service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of Service

AI Apps 360 provides a platform hosting various AI-powered applications including image generation, video creation, avatar generation, and other creative AI tools. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Accounts

You are required to create an account to use our service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update your information to keep it accurate and current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate or misleading.

4. User Content

By uploading images or other content to our service, you:

• Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to such content
• Understand that you are solely responsible for the content you upload
• Grant us a non-exclusive license to process your content for the sole purpose of providing our AI services

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our service. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Upload illegal, obscene, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Generate content that violates intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our service
• Use our service to harass, bully, or harm others
• Upload / Generate images of individuals without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our API, AI models or technology
• Use automated tools to abuse our service or consume credits unfairly
• Free apps are for experimentation only, and we do not provide support for them.

6. Intellectual Property

The AI Apps 360 name, logo, and platform are protected intellectual property. Users retain rights to their uploaded content and generated outputs, subject to our license to process and provide the service.

You may not use our name, logo, or trademarks without our prior written consent. The AI-generated content created by our service is provided for your use according to the specific terms of each application.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall AI Apps 360 be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our service.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content. Our AI applications are provided for creative and experimental purposes. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any generated content before use.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Apps 360 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our service or your violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Credits and Payments

Our service operates purely on a prepaid credit system. To use any of the paid AI app, you must purchase credits in advance. At the moment, we only allow purchasing credits in multiples of 10 (e.g., 10$, 20$, 30$, etc.). We use secure third-party payment processors and do not store your payment information.

By purchasing credits, you provide explicit consent to the transaction. We only charge you when you voluntarily choose to purchase credits.

Important credit terms:

• Credits are non-refundable once purchased and used
• Credits expire 1 year from the date of purchase
• Credits are consumed based on the specific AI application used. Every app has its per unit cost written on the respective app page.
• Failed generations may result in partial credit refunds at our discretion
• Credit balances are tied to your account and are non-transferable
• If you generate an obscene or inappropriate image, you may be charged for the credits used but will not receive the image / video / corresponding output.

10. Age Restrictions

Our service is not available to children under the age of 13, and it is strictly prohibited to upload images of children under this age to any of our AI applications.

If we discover that you have uploaded images of children under the age of 13, we will promptly delete those images and may terminate your account.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Unused credits will be forfeited. All provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify our service, add or remove AI applications, and change credit pricing at our sole discretion with reasonable notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the service is unavailable at any time or for any period.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Telangana, India.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms of Service will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
